Resolutions Title is proud to offer Broker’s Price Opinion reports, or BPOs, to our lender clients. A real estate professional will visit the property, take photos and generate a report that estimates a probable selling price based on condition of the home and the professional’s knowledge of the neighborhood and market conditions. This short report can be less expensive and generally has a much shorter turn-around time than a traditional appraisal.
